Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Tulip 10x ("we", "us") provides AI-transformation training, audits, programmes, and the Daniel concierge/scoreboard service to businesses and professionals. By purchasing or using our services you agree to these terms.
2. Services and access
Programme access begins on payment and runs for the stated duration. Cohort seats are per named person and non-transferable during a running cohort without our written consent. The Daniel service is provided per seat, per month, and renews monthly until cancelled.
3. Payment and cancellation
Prices are stated in South African Rand and processed via our payment providers. Monthly services may be cancelled with notice effective at the end of the current paid month. Statutory cooling-off rights under the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act apply where relevant.
4. Intellectual property
All course materials, frameworks, agent architectures, prompts, and the Daniel system remain our intellectual property. Your licence is for internal business use by paid seats only — not for resale, redistribution, or building competing offerings. Everything you create with our tools for your own business is yours.
5. No guarantees; professional judgement
We teach, coach, and track honestly — and honest means this: results depend on your team's implementation. Scoreboard figures reflect logged activity and confirmed outcomes; nothing on a board or a page is a promise of future earnings. Daniel provides productivity coaching, not legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
Contact details you provide (name, email, role, phone), your AI Readiness Score answers, programme participation records, and — for Daniel users — the messages, files, and logged activities your team shares with the service.
How we use it
To deliver the services, run your scoreboard, send programme communications, and improve our teaching using anonymised, non-attributable patterns. We do not sell personal information. Full data-handling detail lives on our Data Promise page, which forms part of this policy: per-company isolation, encryption, no AI-model training on your data, scheduled purging, and deletion within 30 days of exit.
Processors
We use reputable infrastructure and AI processors (hosting, database, messaging, and AI API providers) under agreements consistent with this policy. WhatsApp messaging is delivered via the official Meta Cloud API.
Marketing
Email sequences you enter by taking the Score can be left with one click at any time. We don't spam; we'd rather you scored a Buffalo.
POPIA Notice
We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. Processing is lawful, minimal, purpose-bound, and secured as described above and on the Data Promise page.
Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may object to processing or withdraw consent, by contacting us via the contact page. We respond within a reasonable time and in any event within statutory timelines. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
Information Officer: Daren Denholm, reachable via the contact page. A signed Data Processing Agreement is available to business clients on request.
