Privacy & POPIA

Your information, protected.

EFFECTIVE 9 JULY 2026 · TULIP 10X · SOUTH AFRICA

Tulip 10x ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). This page explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Who is responsible

The responsible party is Tulip 10x, South Africa. For anything privacy-related, contact privacy@tulip10x.com.

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

4. Who we share it with

Only trusted operators who help us run the business, under confidentiality: our hosting provider, Paystack (payments), Google (analytics, once active), and our own automation and email systems. Some providers may store data outside South Africa; where they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards as required by POPIA.

5. How long we keep it

Audit and contact records are kept while your account or enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards; financial records are kept as required by South African law, then deleted or de-identified.

6. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable processors. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps required under POPIA and will notify you and the Information Regulator of any breach as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, and to access, correct, or delete it; you may also object to processing or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email privacy@tulip10x.com and we'll act on it. If you're unhappy with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) — inforegulator.org.za.

8. Cookies

This site uses only essential functionality plus, once activated, analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser at any time.

9. Children

Our services are for business leaders and are not directed at children under 18.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
